The association’s Spectrum portal features information about events and meetings happening in our community, and downloadable copies of the Association's governing documents. You can view the Association's Bylaws, CC&R’s and Amendments, and other documents. Spectrum's website also allows you the ability to pay your assessments online or set up recurring payments. In addition, you will receive timely emails about our community.
We want to encourage all homeowners to register with Spectrum to gain access to our website and receive emails with important information about our community. It’s easy and can be done in four steps:
- Go to the Spectrum website at www.spectrumam.com
- Under Account Login, click the Login/Register button.
- Fill in your account information.
- Click submit, and you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email, contact Spectrum at 210-494-0659.
Prospective Buyers
If you are a prospective buyer in Los Reyes Canyons HOA and would like to view the Associations Governing Documents the best way for you to proceed would be to contact Spectrum Association Management, our property management company or one of the following: 1). Our documents are a matter of public record in Bexar County records. 2). Spectrum has copies of records available for a fee through Homewise. Visit their website at www.homewisedocs.com, if you are having difficulty navigating their site, Spectrum can direct you to the correct area of our website that also has our records. You can view all of the Governing Documents for LRC by logging in at Spectrum’s website, www.spectrumam.com
